  About Kat Hoyer:  Kat is a "recovering HR (Human Resources) manager" and started as a member of ADHD reWired’s Coaching and Accountability Groups back in 2015. She is the creator of the Steer Your Life Coaching Program and has  q9 Steer-Certified coaching across the country.
