Malcolm Gladwell | Outliers & The Tipping Point | Book Review by Lisa Woodruff

As I continue to review different thought leaders, this week I want to review Malcolm Gladwell. His writing will make you think so differently about every single thing you have ever thought about. I prefer audiobooks for his writing, and I listened to these on Audible. They are available as physical books as well, if that is your preference.

Outliers: The Story of Success - This book reviews the story of success. It evaluates why and how we succeed. He explains how many times being in the right time and right place will ensure success.

The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference  - In this book, Malcolm Gladwell digs deep on the one dramatic moment when everything can change all at once. This book explains how this happens (and I do my best to explain his teaching). In the book, he explains that businesses fail because they cannot get these three factors together to achieve the tipping point.
