I’m always fond of interviewing authors who have spent time in my former profession; that being broadcaster.

This time around, and for the second week in a row, my guest is indeed a broadcaster turned author (and in this case, still a broadcaster).
His name is
Brian Sanders, and if that name sounds familiar, it might be because he was first my guest exactly six months ago today, December 1, 2020, to talk about his last book
Leadership Endurance.
His new book, out now, is called
Be Like Dad: 50 Lessons for Life & Leadership. Brian’s passion for leadership has led him to pursue deep-dive research into some of the greatest leaders of all time, including his own Dad.

In today’s episode, Brian and I chat about:
* Why he felt it important to share lessons learned from his father with a wider audience* What he would say to someone who, upon hearing the title, might think of their own father, but not as someone to model* What he hopes readers will take away from the book* And plenty more!
