The British Judo Association is one of those national governing bodies with the widest scope possible, from getting kids and adults onto the mat, overseeing clubs and coaches, staging events and ensuring the best judoka stars represent GB at the Olympics and Paralympics.

Andrew Scoular is the man in charge and has been for the past 8 years, having switched from developing community rugby and playing international hockey for Scotland!

And as he explains to John and Michael, this year's been a huge success for the sport following the despair of the covid pandemic...
