As I shared in Discovering You (Podcast 321), I am focusing on different personality tests and frameworks to learn more about yourself, your strengths, and your way of seeing the world.

Listen in as I share my conversation with Cloverleaf. Cloverleaf is a company that looks at three important concepts of how we, as individuals, align to do our best work: proficiency, personality, and preference. Today, I get to speak with the COO and we talk about how we are using personality assessments inside of Organize 365.

Personality assessments have made the Organize 365 Dream Team so well functioning. As a team, we share our test results and use them to understand how each member of the team sees the world and works best. As I have analyzed my own life and my parenting, I have learned that we create our best communities when we see each others differences and work in our strengths. We can create a space where people are humming and thriving. By completing personality assessments, we can create an environment to complete work we are proud of.

Kirsten and I discuss the Enneagram, the Meyers-Brig and the Via assessments with our own results and how we move in the world. When you have your team or your family in the Cloverleaf system, you get coaching tips about yourself and the other people who have completed the assessments. It will tell you about you and someone else you will be meeting or working with that day.

Kirsten and I are so excited to offer you a chance to take the Enneagram, 16 types, and Via assessments for FREE at organize365.com/cloverleaf. In full transparency, Organize 365 will also get the results so that we can better understand our audience.

As you better understand yourself, conflict turns into productive conversations and so much more gets done. It starts with you! Put yourself first, learn more about yourself and keep listening through March and April so you can keep learning and better understand yourself. Once we have a firm handle on ourselves, we will add in our family or work team members and see how the whole team functions together.
