This week we focus on speaking up about mental health and how empowering this was for guest Lily Asch when she did so very publicly via a TED Talk at University. She now runs storytelling sessions to empower others to talk publicly about their lives, in doing so they learn how to better express and understand themselves.

Here we go! Mental is the brain-child of Bobby Temps, who lives and thrives while managing his own mental health. Every Thursday we delve into a factor or condition that influences the mind and how to better manage it.
