Yes snooty specialty coffee lovers this episode is about robusta! :) Whether you like it or not you have to realize the robusta still rules our coffee industry and is preferred in many cultures. I love Dietmar's story and coffee mission. Especially that he decided to do something different rather than cloning another specialty roaster.
