Today we are joined by Kim Boehm, almost 40 year Clemenger Group advertising executive and legend. Kim is also current Chairman of the Australian Dance Theatre, a role he has help for the past six years. You can find Kim's new blog about his recent semi-retirement at 'thenwhatblog.com.' Kim has held key roles from Account Management to Managing Director, Executive Chairman, Executive Director and most recently Director of Talent Management and Marketing across the Clemenger Group. And, spent two years as MD of Y&R Melbourne. We sat down for a couple beers at the Temperance Hotel on Chapel Street in Melbourne for a great chat. Please excuse the funky pub background music. Sit back, relax and listen to Kim's insight into building a strong creative culture in this ever changing and transient workforce and much more.
