The Cycling Podcast Féminin returns for 2020 with a look ahead to the new season and interviews with Morgane Gaultier, the UCI's women's cycling coordinator, and two talented young riders, Sarah Gigante and Pfeiffer Georgi.
Gigante is the youngster who shocked her rivals by winning the senior Australian national road race title last year at the age of just 18. Now 19, she backed that up this year by winning the time trial title. Rose Manley caught up with her a few days after the championships.
Georgi, also 19, combined riding for Sunweb with her school exams in 2019. With those behind her, she tells Orla Chennaoui that she will be fully focused on cycling in 2020 as she continues with the Dutch team, one of the eight now with World Tour status.
Orla, Rose and Richard Moore also discuss Annemiek van Vleuten's huge training rides and pick out things to look forward to in 2020, including the revamped Women's World Tour, the Olympic Games and the appointment of Rolf Aldag as a sports director at the Canyon/SRAM team.
