Still trying to make sense of the “fake it till you make it” advice suggested to you by coaches or random people on the internet? You don’t have to. Especially if your intention is to become a confident speaker.

Because for one, as the phrase says, you’re faking it, even if you believe it’s only until you make it.

The question is, do you want to BE a confident public speaker or LOOK LIKE a confident public speaker?

My own speaking experience and the research I’ve done on public speaking over all these years have taught me that faking it has much greater negative repercussions than you can possibly think of.

By only learning to appear confident, rather than feeling confident, you miss out on an opportunity to develop real confidence and never truly conquer your fear. The quickest way to improve your career or business and personal life is to build genuine confidence from the inside. I talk about this at length in my brand-new episode of the Confidence Within podcast.

For over five years now, I’ve been teaching people how to conquer the fear of public speaking for good and speak with genuine confidence, authority, and brilliance. Learn more about my Brilliant Speakers Academy® coaching program at www.BrilliantSpeakersAcademy.com
