Submit ReviewDay 13 of #29DaysofMagic! with Ezinne Okoro, Global Chief Client & Culture Strategy Officer, VML. She talks about her first job at McDonalds which she absolutely loved! She talks about when she went to Nigeria at 18 it was a life changing experience and then had a second life changing experience very quickly after when her mother passed away right after she got to college. She talks about how much she really blossomed after she was able to go to Nigeria. She shares about how important it is that she was super clear with her managers and is able to excel as much as she has done. She shares about how difficult managing relations between workers on the front lines and the leaders at a company was when Covid was just sweeping over the U.S. and not yet fully understood. We talk about when someone leaves a role it doesn't mean they have given up on the purpose but they don't have to sit in bad situations. We have such an amazing conversation and bond over all the amazing shows and great rooftops of the world! Ezinne would like to ask you to give grace for people who lead especially in diversity and inclusion and equity as they get smoke from all angles. Ezinne would like to offer up her time, so connect with her here:
