On Day 4 of #29DaysofMagic! I am so delighted to share Shawna Guevara's incredible story with you all! Shawna is the Managing Director, Landmark Strucutral Builders. Shawna learned about supply and demand in her first job at Kmart, and that they had the best cookies. She shares about what she does as the black woman owner of a construction company, and how much she loves the meticulous steps and processes of building commercial buildings.  Shawna talks about building commercial, industrial, and her favorite multifamily, and her close second of hospitals. One of the largest projects she had where she was building a hospital and three clinics! Shawna shares about how her goal is going to 100 million dollars in projects. We talk about how we, as black women, are not a monolith but also there is so much more to who we are as people. She shares about how much she loves extreme sports and perhaps it's because you have to lose yourself to stay alive during these sports.
