I am so glad to have Pamela E Frazier on for day 22 of #29DaysofMagic! an amazing marketing & talent maven. We talk about how at her first internship she was so aware that that was how she wanted to start her career, working at a major record label. While she was at the record label she learned how to read a room, be highly organized and anticipate the needs of others. Pam shares about how it takes time to learn and by being curious and always seeking to learn about how and who does what, helped her go from place to place. We talk about representing black excellence wherever you are, and how all of Pam's opportunities have been through word of mouth about her doing excellently. We discuss the importance of asking, not everyone can say yes to every meeting, but you should still ask people if they would meet up for coffee/chat.
