The wonderful thing about the work I do is that I do get to see a lot of training programs, I get to see those of my competitors and my peers and I get to see what elements are commonly included and which elements are commonly excluded or forgotten.

It’s all well and good including provocative memes and social media content but we must not forget to ensure the content, format and delivery of diversity, equity and inclusion training programs and workshops.
