The 1986 Disappearance, Murder, & Gruesome Disposal Of Wife & Mother Of 3 Helle Crafts. During one of the biggest storms to hit Newtown, Connecticut happened on the night of November 18, 1986 and it was called Storm Carl.  It knocked out power to parts of the city, including the home of Richard and Helle Crafts.  That same night Helle vanished without a trace?  Where could she have possibly gone the same night as Storm Carl?
