How can we improve? (22:00)“How do you want to improve? What are the goals here? If you’re wanting a better CPC or better cost per lead, let’s keep looking at our narrow quality campaigns. If you want to find something new to get more and more leads, we’ll talk about the wide/explorer approach to Google Ads.” - Jason

Why isn’t It working like when we first started? (27:33)"This is an auction system; you have to deal with competitors. Maybe the price of business has gone up. That’s the most common answer, not that I give, but that I actually find with the data.” - Jason
