11:59.    It is rare that we see an actor take time out of their contracted role to play another character in the same show. Kate Mulgrew does just that in 11:59 where she plays Shannon O'Donnell, an ancestor of Kathryn Janeway in the year 2000. 11:59 is an episode that does not stick in one's mind as a memorable; however, it does bring to light some interesting questions on ancestry, the accuracy of history, and your own legacy.
