Shona has been touted as arguably the world's leading expert in the field of athletic recovery. Shona was the director of the Australian Olympic Committee Recovery Centre for the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games, was the Senior Exercise Physiologist/Recovery Scientist at the Australian Institute of Sport for 15 years.
