By answering these questions, we could begin to design dynamic programming. We knew what we wanted to achieve and solve - and for WHO. We also could appreciate the key elements and strengths that we could bring to the table.
This provided CLARITY around the program and that is how the Tri Squad principles started to emerge.
The sporting results are great, but the life outcomes are the biggest stories. You don’t have the be chasing qualifications or podiums to draw these biggest benefits. You just have to show up and do your part.
