You are officially immersed in solid training with days and nights filled with multisport activity, food, and camaraderie.

Are you at a classic training camp, or are you having a training experience? Should you return from a camp feeling accomplished, but completely exhausted and overcooked? In fact, What should you look for coming out of this week and how can you judge whether it was a "success" or not?

A training camp doesn't guarantee or produce magic results. It is the successful application of the lessons you learn and implement that produce that magic.
