And Joe just keeps grinding and advancing his career. He now runs a PhDJ workshop where he coaches DJs from all over the country, he’s always traveling for a speaking gig, and he’s hosted a weekly podcast now for over a year.
So on the show, Megan talks to Joe about his hiring process, guys that have worked out for him and some that haven’t, what it takes to run a multi-DJ business, some of the crazy stories he has from over the years, who he got star-struck by at a recent wedding, and why you need to work with professional vendors.
