Mia and Brad chat about Brad’s work at Grey Gables. Mia goes through what needs to be done for The Renew Fashion Show. Fallon’s helping with the pre-show preparations, though she can’t make it on the day. Brad’s on edge and tries to broach the subject of Lily fancying him. Mia stifles a laugh and wonders if Brad’s got the wrong end of the stick, even though he is super attractive. Brad is keen to let Mia know he hasn’t done anything to encourage Lily and will make the situation very clear if Lily comes on to him. Brad presents Mia with an early birthday present of a recording from TV celebrity Hamza Yassin wishing her a happy eighteenth birthday. Mia’s delighted. When Brad says he’s also managed to get Freddie to do the fashion show music, Mia says Brad’s on fire!

Eddie offers to support Clarrie when she asks Helen to contact Miles about the auctioned land. But Clarrie would rather talk to Helen alone about whether Ed’s sheep can temporarily graze there. Helen turns up and notices that Clarrie’s got something on her mind. Clarrie admits she’s worried about Ed and grazing his sheep and asks about contacting Miles. Helen’s understanding but says she can’t help. When Rob died, Helen drew a line under the whole thing. Like Clarrie has to look out for Ed, Helen has to protect her children, but she hopes Ed can find a solution soon. Eddie consoles Clarrie, who wonders how she can tell Ed the news. Eddie says they’ll find a solution, but Clarrie’s not so sure.
