Welcome to Episode 188 of the podcast.
Eric Dalton joins me from Houston, TX this week to talk about his struggles with depression and how the BBQ community has helped him get through it. Eric is a Clinical Pharmacist and during his residency he started to notice some changes in his attitude and energy levels. During our conversation we discuss what happened to him during this time and how he was able to deal with it. We also get into signs we can watch out for in our loved ones and what we can do to help those around us. Eric is passionate about being there for others that are struggling and welcomes anyone to reach out if they need to talk. He can be found on Instagram @dalton_eats and his phone number is 407-968-3561. If you or someone you know needs to talk, please look into the resources available in your area, like Kid’s Help Phone.
