Bio of Alfi:

Alfi is a product designer and keynote speaker by trade; he is also a thought leader in the realm of mentorship and is the co-host of the “Edit Undo Podcast” along with Stephanie deBeer  

His design philosophy is “Criticise by Creating”, which he originally picked up from Senegalese Entrepreneur & thought leader Magatte Wade  

Alfi has worked as a product designer for over 7 years, where his passion and interest are focused on contributing to the building of a budding design discipline.  Alfi is a creative at heart; his medium of choice simply happens to be a conversation. 

Today Alfi is working on a new framework of mentorship. This project brings together his specialisation as a designer, his experience in the realm of mentorship, and years of research in the field of psychology and learning. With this, he aims to build the next generation of mentors that will lead the youth of Africa to a brighter future.
