The Drumhead. In any organization, it is good to fix what is broken. But what if nothing is broken and you are still looking for a problem? Captain Picard must find the saboteur after an explosion in engineering and information leaks to the Romulans. Starfleet sends in Admiral Satie to assist Picard. Her determination is relentless. She continues her search even after the resolution of the problems have been found and ends up calling Captain Picard a traitor to the Federation.
