====================
Bio of Naomi:
Naomi Susan Isaacs has “led many lives” and practiced a variety of professions. Born 1943 in England, she first became a school teacher and a folk singer. After relocating to Munich, Germany in 1968, she spent many years in various industries learning “how the real world functions”.
1984 she followed her heart and awarded herself a sabbatical year in order to explore her chances of surviving in the world of music, which she had always wanted to join professionally. She freelanced as a jazz singer and singing teacher, and over the years expanded her activities as speaker, actor and inspirational coach, working internationally (Europe, USA, Asia) until 2019. The sabbatical year never ended. 1991 she founded the New Vocal Center for "workshops and tuition with, for and about the voice". Many famous singers (Mark Murphy, Sheila Jordan and more) visited to share their wisdom, experience and expertise.
During the period from 1992 to 2016, she produced 5 CDs under her own name, published a short collection of songs and organized several cultural events, amongst them "Naomi's KulturSalon" which ran for nearly 5 years and attracted many well known celebrities from the city of Munich.
2018 saw the inauguration of the Institute of Charismology, where she and her associates create a safe space for people to explore their innate gifts and learn to follow their individual life path.
Her Novel “Postkarte aus Bali … ein Kinderbuch für Erwachsene” which appeared in 2013, encompasses her philosophy of life and has moved adults and young people alike to examine their own values. Written originally with children in mind, it is the adults who report getting tears in their eyes, thus the title ".... a children's book for adults" (translation in progress)
Now in semi-retirement, she continues to inspire people to identify their core gifts, to re-ignite the innocent eagerness of childhood, to live their true purpose and enthusiastically contribute to the growth of respect and empathy in the world.
