Fiona started her recruitment career over 20 years ago with one of the worlds largest and most prestigious firms, Michael Page International. She is passionate about creating innovative ways to attract and select top talent and then provide an environment that makes employees feel safe, happy and inspire a lifelong love of learning.

She loves to learn about and share ideas, all tested in the businesses she and her brother Matt Kesby have built, about:

  • the importance of organisational culture
