About Dr Audrey Tang:
Audrey is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), and author - currently writing "The Leader's Guide to Resilience" for a 2020 release (prev. The Leader's Guide to Mindfulness" (Pearson & FT, 2018) and "Be A Great Manager - Now" (Pearson, 2016 and Book of the Month in WH Smith Travel Stores)).
She is a CPD Accredited speaker, trainer, and FIRO-B psychometrics practitioner, and resident psychologist on The Chrissy B Show (Sky191) the UK's only TV programme dedicated to mental health and wellbeing. She also offers "expert comment" on wellbeing to national media (inc. The Times, Women's Health, BBC Radio...)
She speaks at National and International conferences in the fields of resilience, leadership and team cohesion. She reviews for the Amity University conference panel and is a contributing author to their publications. Currently, she lectures in Resilience and Practical Mindfulness offering psychological consultancy and coaching.
