Jared started off selling shirts out of a backpack in college which eventually turned into a retail store outside the gates of LSU. He then co-founded an art show, a social media consulting business, two food trucks and a co-working space. After selling his brick and mortar store in 2010 to focus on the e-commerce side, Forbes called him College Football's Biggest Entrepreneur. Currently, he's trying to impact as many high school students' lives as possible by helping them raise their ACT scores as COO of the country's fastest growing ACT prep company, Mastery Prep which recently ranked on the Inc. 500. He's swam with sharks (raising money), trained in the art of stealth as a ninja and uncovered fraud in government spending... so basically James Bond. In this episode, we learn how Jared continuously found himself in the perfect storm of emerging technology, current events and powerful people to push the envelope in crowdsourcing, social media, food trucks, co-working spaces and education.
