Meet KweilinAs a Senior Partner at McKinsey, I am a Director of McKinsey Global Institute where I lead our research on global productivity, the Future of Work and impact of automation, impact from COVID-19, and gender equality and racial equity. I am also a leader in our Operations and Insurance practices, implementing global performance transformations.
I am the instigator and co-author of The Power of Parity, McKinsey Global Institute research on unlocking the potential of women to drive greater economic growth. I write and speak on the untapped potential of women globally, and strategies to achieve gender parity. My writing has appeared in TIME and Harvard Business Review and I have spoken at the UN Women's Empowerment Principles Event, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Wilson Center, the U.S. Treasury, and the U.S. EEOC.

Meet JackieJackie Wong is an engagement manager in McKinsey’s Philadelphia office and leads the firm’s Race in the Workplace research study. In addition to the Asian American workers research, he has also co-authored other workplace equity research for Black workers, frontline workers, and LGBTQ+ workers. With his research expertise, he advises clients on talent strategy, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. He also leads McKinsey’s LGBTQ+ talent recruiting in North America.
