Stephen J. Thompson was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas. He's the Chief Mental Health Officer and Founding CEO of Thompson Counseling & Consulting; a counseling and organizational consulting firm virtually based in The Bahamas. Stephen is a trained Clinical Forensic Psychologist and Psychotherapist and has a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology.  Stephen is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership & Development. His research is focused on Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Wellness through the lens of the intersectionality of Mental Health and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with an emphasis on Gender and Gender Equality.
