Submit ReviewEach week, Joey, Nathan and Kelly revisit an episode of Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures, Pinky and the Brain, or Freakazoid! Today, your hosts talk about a classic episode of Tiny Toon Adventures that was actually written by 8th graders and features Steven Spielberg as himself!
This episode has an interesting origin so Joey shares a report from 1991 detailing how a group of 8th grade students got their script approved by Steven Spielberg! Tom Ruegger also shares a little information on how the episode came to be.
The episode itself starts off with Buster and Babs meeting with Spielberg after the episode starts off with Hamton as the star. Spielberg shares a new script that he just got in from some 8th grade writers and Buster and Babs are off to a new story!
The two rabbits fly to Hawaii on an insane flight piloted by Montana Max. As soon as they land in Hawaii they are pick pocketed! Fortunately they have Bugs Bunny's credit card so Buster and Babs set off to a fancy hotel where they eat tons of food, fly in a helicopter, surf and attend a luau all while creating chaos and avoiding catastrophes. Will the two survive this story written by adolescents?
