Henry Louis Wallace was a South Carolina native. He moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1991. Henry got a slap on the wrist for his prior crimes, including rape, kidnapping, burglary, and violating probation. Living in East Charlotte, Henry was a manager at Taco Bell and his girlfriend worked at Bojangles.
