Today I am talking with Ryan Estes who owns Kitcaster a podcast guesting agency to talk about how he got started and why it became the only way he would go forward. And how to make sure your family is at the center of the conversation. 

Ryan is the co-founder of Kitcaster, he has owned a media and marketing agency for the last 10 years. For eight of those years he hosted the founders podcast Talklaunch. Consistently ranked in the iTunes "Top 100" podcasts.

He is married and has two kids and has no intention of slowing down. He is always learning and creating more intention than ever to keep family at the center.
