We are constantly confronted by news - and sadly, most of it isn't good. Our social feeds, radio stations, and TV channels provide us with information as news breaks around the world, quicker than ever before. But while it is good to stay up to date with the news, it can also be incredibly exhausting and saddening. So, what shall we do about the news? Joining the show to discuss is accomplished journalist Alice Matthews, who spent a number of years with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, and now fronts The Feed on SBS.
You can find Alice on Instagram @alice.k.matthews, and Alice will be back on your television soon with brand new episodes of The Feed on SBS.
The article discussed in this episode is 'Bored by Brexit? British TV starts Brexit-free news channel' by Guy Faulconbridge at Reuters.
