Simon Mitchell went from being a 90s DJ to his own events company, Impulse, in 2003, before joining Concerto Group in 2011. In early 2016, Simon joined as MD for KERB – a household name in the UK street food market. The membership organisation is dedicated to the incubation and acceleration of London’s most innovative street food businesses.
