My guest this week has been called Canada’s leading proponent of traditional, southern style bbq and is truly a pioneer of the competition bbq scene in this country. In 2001, his team, Rockin’ Ronnie’s Butt Shredders became the first Canadian team ever to win a US based barbecue competition and were two time Alberta champions and past Canadian National BBQ Champions.
