Over the last two years we have shared a lot of tips, tricks and hacks related to time management… and they are all great! But, we need to have a specific plan for implementing them in our lives so we can be consistent.

We are going to take some of our best tips and hacks and turn them into habits that you can build on a daily basis in order to improve your time management. In Atomic Habits, James Clear states that a habit needs to contain an action, time, and location so you have a clear understanding of the implementation intention.

We are going to share 6 habits in the form of a fill-in-the-blank: “I will (action) at (time) in (location)”. We are giving you the action and you decide the time and location that fits your personality, schedule, and individual life

In this episode we share the following 6 habits YOU need to build:

  • I will create a power list at (time) in (location)
  • I will complete the most difficult task from my power list at (time) in (location)
  • I will turn my phone on do not disturb at (time) in (location)
  • I will prepare my lessons for the next day at (time) in (location)
  • I will work toward my goal of (goal) at (time) in (location)
  • I will arrive at school at (time) and leave school at (time)
