I loved this episode. In light of the recent public figure suicides, I haven't known how to stop and think about what's going in the world. I definitely feel that mental health is a needed conversation in our culture but it's hard to know how to talk about it. These guys are professionals and so thoughtful and kind in the way the process what is going on. It's a great listen!
