Today, busting the myths that consuming soy products increases the risk of breast cancer and that nutrition advice keeps changing a lot with Marion Nestle, professor emerita of nutrition, food studies, and public health at NYU and the author of many books, including her latest, Slow Cooked: An Unexpected Life in Food Politics (University of California Press, 2022).
