You probably know Guy Raz from hosting one of the most popular podcasts ever, NPR’s How I Built This. You might even have started following Alli because you heard her on the show. But we don’t think you’ve ever heard Guy like this.

We feel so attached to the guests on How I Built This because Guy is able to extract genuine human stories from people who we sometimes see as superhuman — the entrepreneurs and innovators behind some of the biggest brands in the world — allowing us to understand them as people, not public figures of brands. What’s so extraordinary about entrepreneurs, How I Built This reveals, is that they’re so ordinary.

And Guy Raz is no different. He doesn’t have the best connections in the world and he wouldn't describe himself as the best interviewer in the world. He’s just an ordinary guy — with a hell of a lot of curiosity.
