In this new podcast series, from Anything but Footy, we speak to Team GB and Para GB athletes preparing for Tokyo 2020 in 2021, following the historic delay to the Games because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Charlotte Henshaw is a double Paralympic medalist, after winning silver and bronze in the swimming pool in London and Rio respectively. But the 33 year old has now swapped sports for Tokyo and is aiming for gold with British Canoeing.
She reveals the challenges she's overcome during the first lockdown and Games cancellation, how the London Paralympics didn't just change the sport in the UK, and the support she's received as an elite athlete since the switch to canoeing.
This is Charlotte Henshaw - back on track for Tokyo 2020.
