Public access campaigners say they've been betrayed, after DEFRA says payments for access won't be included in the Sustainable Farming Incentive in England.
The future of the planning system shouldn’t focus on housebuilding alone, but also on “democratic sentiment” and “environmental benefit" - according to the new Secretary of State for Housing and Levelling Up, Michael Gove.
And, as the damage of yesterday’s Storm Barra is assessed, it couldn't have come at a worse time for those already hit by Storm Arwen. We hear from a farmer who was left without electricity for 11 days.
