The Secretary of State for the Environment, George Eustice, told the Oxford Farming Conference that taking land out of food production to help reach the Government's targets on nature and climate won’t impact on how much food is produced here. We talk to him about farm payments and the British person with avian flu. Satish Kumar explains why meditation was included in the programme at the Oxford Real Farming Conference. We hear from one of the four companies who source and provide foreign workers for the Seasonal Workers Pilot scheme, which now covers 30,000 visas for people to come and work on food and flower farms here. Presented by Charlotte Smith and produced by Beatrice Fenton and Heather Simons.
