The Oxford Farming Conference Report this year looks at the carbon offsetting market and the opportunities for farmers to provide carbon sequestration services, as well as how land is being used to reach the Government’s Net Zero targets. "Sustainable" and "ethical" are two big buzzwords in food at the moment, but with the recent collapse of Farmdrop - a company which linked small farms and food producers with consumers - and the rising cost of living what’s the outlook for food businesses which challenge the status quo? And more details on future farm payment schemes in England that will replace the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy are being released. Presented by Charlotte Smith Produced for BBC Audio in Bristol by Heather Simons and Beatrice Fenton.
