This episode's guest is Richard Hennessy, a Fort Worth musician from New Jersey. Richard is the lead singer, songwriter, guitarist and 1/3rd of the band Henry The Archer, along with drummer Kevin Geist and bassist Charles Marchbanks. Henry The Archer won Song of the Year at the 2017 Fort Worth Weekly Music Awards for their track "Wifi-Pets."

Henry The Archer is set to perform during day 2 of Fortress Festival which takes place in Fort Worth's Cultural District April 28th and 29th. You can find out more info on Fortress Fest by visiting www.fortressfestival.com.

I recently sat down with Richard Hennessy and discussed his musical journey, the formation of Henry The Archer, the inspiration behind the band's name, playing Fortress Festival and so much more on episode number 27 of the Avert Your Eyes Podcast! Consider yourself warned!
