Submit ReviewTracie Dean Ponder is an education and tech entrepreneur, equality & equity advocate, as well as a filmmaker and writer. She's the Founder and Executive Director of B~STEM Project. The organization’s primary goal is to provide free educational and career development experiences for young girls and women around business and STEM disciplines across all industries and job sectors. B~STEM also offers an extension of its programs to both boys and girls through strategic partnerships with youth-based organizations and academic institutions. The organization has a keen focus on addressing inequity in education affecting underserved communities and people of color. B~STEM has provided over 7,500 hours of programming and impacted over 4K youth and young adults.
Tracie has written several educational guidebooks for students and is focused on developing edu-tech platforms to scale her efforts.
