Jim and Jazzer are on the trail of Jim’s missing glasses. Jim isn’t in the best of moods, having discovered the public meeting about the E.V. charging station has been postponed. Susan suggests they look at any photos taken during the stag party to try to establish a timeline. Later, Jim and Jazzer discover a photo that reminds them of visiting Chuck’s Chips burger van. Jim must have left his glasses on the counter. They seek Chuck out, only to discover they were collected by someone on Monday. Jazzer remembers Susan mentioning the burger van earlier in the week, and, upon being confronted, she admits to tracking Jim’s glasses down. She wasn’t going to return them until Jim apologised for being rude about her lost sunglasses the other week. Jim duly apologises and gets his spectacles back. Case closed. Having returned from her break, Stella drops in at Honeysuckle Cottage to collect Weaver. When she asks how Brian has managed on the farm, Adam keeps his lips sealed. However, when Stella goes to the farm office, she finds Brian at her desk. He wants to talk to her, but not until he’s summoned Adam as a witness. Once Adam arrives, Brian challenges Stella about the purchase of the new drill. Stella says she had authorisation from Adam, but he denies it. He told her she had the day-to-day running of the farm, but he didn’t agree to her buying the drill. Brian chooses to believe Adam and accuses Stella of gross misconduct. Her contract is terminated with immediate effect.
