Mark Eckhardt is the CEO of COMMON, a network which accelerates the launch and growth of businesses that take care of the planet and all the creatures on it. He also created the One Million Truths project: a home for media dedicated to truth and reconciliation for black Americans and allies to bear witness to the scale of racism in everyday life. Mark is also one of the most interesting, warm, and dynamic people I have met with a past that is at least as eclectic as my own. Mark’s first-person bio: There is no shortage of creativity, know-how, and resources. A better world comes down to creating powerful experiences that remind people that they actually love and care about the welfare of other human beings. For those who embrace this view, businesses, and brands are tools that we can use to generate that experience and inspire people to take action. I’ve been fortunate throughout my career to have been asked to participate in this pursuit.::For links and show notes, please visit our site.If you enjoy the podcast, we’d be endlessly grateful if you left a short review on Apple Podcasts/iTunes.
