Being a racial or ethnic minority in a predominately white workplace can have its share of challenges.  In this episode, I share some questions I think people of color may ask themselves, or think about as they navigate corporate America, and some ways to deal. Just My Thoughts Last week, the Oscar nominations were announced, and soon after, #OscarsSoWhite was trending (again) on Twitter.  Some (Jada Pinkett Smith, for example) are calling for people to boycott the show, while others (for example, Janet Hubert, also know as Aunt Viv)…uh…fervently disagree with that direction.  Note: I recorded the episode right before I learned of Aunt Viv’s take on the whole thing, so I didn’t get to comment on the episode.
